Osve Iran Industrial Group is a design and manufacturing group specialized in boiler and heater designs and manufacturing.
Our staff is composed of experienced engineers and technicians with many years of experience .ASME code, pressure vessel design, boiler and heater optimizations have no secret for our competent people.

We offer the following heater and boiler designs:

TFCH-TF series:
Thermal fluid forced circulation heaters with capacities ranging from 8 to 125millions BTU/hr or from 2 to 32millions Kcal/hr.This design uses the International Lamont forced circulation principle to control and balance equally the fluid circulation in each tube and maintain the fluid film temperature within the temperature ranges as recommended by the thermal fluid manufacturer.

TFCH-W series:
High temperature hot water heaters with capacities ranging from 10 to 150 millions BTU/hr from 2.5 to 37.5 millions kcal/hr .This design is similar to the thermal fluid heater. Water temperature can go as high as 200C at design pressure up to 30 bars.

Aqua Tube series:
Flexible tube water tube boiler for hot water, thermal fluid or steam generator with capacities ranging from 20 to 1200 HP or 168,724 to 10,123,000Kcal/hr.This design is thermal shock proof and very quick to take the load due to its low liquid content. This design is patent pending.

Water Tube series:
D-type, A-type or O-type steam water tube boilers with superheat capability and capacities ranging from 10 to 250 millions BTU/hr or 2.5 to 65 millions kcal/hr. Available pressure to 60 bars and superheat temperature to 450C.We can accommodate all types of conventional fuels.
