This turnkey project divided at two groups:
Group 1: This group is a complete steam production plant for Mobarake Steel Complex galvanized plate production line, including two, 35T/h watertube steam boiler.
Osve Company has manufactured and installed, one 180 m3/h Reverse Osmosis water treatment system, supported by high technology DCS control system and complete monitoring, by cooperation of PACT Company.
Because of being this project as a turnkey project, Osve Company has manufactured and installed all the civil work ,control, instrumentation and electrical of this project and has manufactured all the pressure vessels and storage tanks (2000m3 Atmospheric storage tank) by itself.

Group 2: This group is a complete steam production plant for Mobarake Steel Complex tinning plate production line, including two, 35T/h watertube steam boiler.
In this group, Osve Company has done the same procedure of manufacturing like group one for installing of civil jobs and Reverse Osmosis water treatment plant (120m3/h) and the vessels, tanks, instrumentation and control and electrical.
